Dear Peete's Coffee,

Making rude comments in response to my using "Starbucks" terms such as "grande" and "frappaccino" is not exactly going to win over my business.

    or that new line of commercials by that company that claims "America runs on ..." That tells me we're too dumb to say an Italian word to buy our coffee so we should buy our coffee from them.
